Overview
We are Wilson's Approach LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information associated with our website and the messages you send us. We also explain our use of third-party services.
Section 01
Who we are and how to contact us
We are Wilson's Approach LLC, based in Salem, Oregon. Our service-area pages describe where we work, not additional office locations.
For a privacy question or request, use the Contact page or call (541) 993-0905. Clearly describe your request without including unnecessary sensitive information. This policy concerns website information practices, not a separate project contract.
Section 02
Information you provide
The project inquiry form asks for your name, phone number, and project details, with an optional email address. Your message may also contain information you choose to provide, such as a property location, project timing, or a description of the space. We may retain the resulting correspondence when communicating about your inquiry.
You may optionally attach project photos to an inquiry. Photos and filenames are sent with your message through our form-delivery provider and may reveal details about a property or people shown in the images, including location information embedded in the files. Only share photos you have permission to send, and avoid including private documents or unnecessary personal information.
The website currently does not provide customer accounts, an online checkout, or payment-card collection. Please do not send passwords, government identification numbers, bank or card details, health information, or other sensitive information in the form.
Section 03
Technical information and published materials
When a page or embedded service loads, our hosting and service providers may receive technical request information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, referring addresses, timestamps, and interaction or error information. Providers may use this information to deliver content, protect their systems, and diagnose problems.
Project photographs, public review content, and original review screenshots displayed on the site may include reviewer names, profile images, or other information included in those published materials. Contact us if you have a privacy concern about material displayed on the website.
Section 04
How information is used
Information associated with the site is used for the purposes connected to your inquiry and operation of the website, including:
- Receiving, delivering, and responding to inquiries about potential projects.
- Understanding requested work, arranging discussions, and communicating about project planning.
- Operating and maintaining the website, delivering content, and resolving technical problems.
- Understanding which pages visitors use and improving the website through usage measurement.
- Preventing spam, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Maintaining appropriate business records and meeting applicable legal obligations.
Section 05
Third-party services used on this website
We use third-party services to host and secure the website, deliver project inquiries, display reviews and interactive content, load fonts, and measure website usage. These providers may receive the information needed to provide those features, including your name, email address, and message when you submit an inquiry, as well as technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, and interactions with website content.
Third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies and process or store information under their own privacy policies and applicable legal obligations. We do not control all of their independent practices.
When you choose an external social or sharing link, the destination service handles your visit under its own policies. Email-sharing links open your email application.
Section 06
When information is shared
We handle inquiry information with the providers involved in delivering, securing, and supporting your inquiry or our website. We may also need to disclose information to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, or as you specifically authorize.
If an inquiry becomes a project, any further sharing needed for that work should be discussed in the project relationship. This policy does not give blanket permission to publish private inquiry information or use it as a public review.
Section 07
Cookies, embedded content, and your choices
Analytics, embedded services, fonts, hosting systems, and external platforms may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies, or receive request information when their content loads. Their behavior can vary with provider settings, your browser, and any account you have with them. We do not represent that every service is cookie-free.
The site currently has no separate cookie-preference manager. You can use browser controls to block or clear cookies, limit third-party storage, or restrict embedded content. Some features may not work as intended when blocked. You can call instead of submitting the website form. Review third-party policies and account settings for controls offered by those providers.
Section 08
Retention, storage, and security
Business correspondence and project records may be kept for the time reasonably needed to respond to requests, manage the relationship, meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, and address disputes. Relevant information may remain in delivered email, provider systems, logs, or backups according to the applicable system’s practices. There is no automatic website account-deletion process because the site has no customer accounts.
The form sends information to the provider using HTTPS. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security or specific protections for every provider. Share only the information reasonably needed for the inquiry. Providers may process information in locations outside your state or country.
Section 09
Privacy requests and applicable rights
Depending on your location and the laws that apply to this business, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. Some laws may provide additional opt-out, appeal, or complaint rights. These rights are subject to applicable eligibility rules and exceptions.
To make a request, use the Contact page or call us. We may need information to verify your identity or authority and locate the relevant records before responding. Do not send identification documents unless an appropriate method has been agreed. Information may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it. For information independently controlled by a third-party provider, you may also need to contact that provider directly.
We do not claim in this draft that every state or international privacy statute applies to us or that we have implemented every website preference signal. We will address requests according to the laws that actually apply.
Section 10
Children’s information
This is a general business website, not a service directed to children under 13. The inquiry form is intended for people discussing property and contracting work. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the site, contact us so the situation can be reviewed and the information addressed as required by applicable law.
Section 11
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, providers, or information practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a change, that requirement still applies.
Before publishing this draft, we should verify our legal entity, privacy contact, live hosting provider, retention practices, embedded-provider settings, and any privacy-law obligations that apply to our operations.
