Overview
We are Wilson's Approach LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions describe how you may use our website and submit project inquiries; they do not set the terms of a construction contract.
Section 01
Using this website
By using this website, you agree to these website terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. Your use of this site does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
If you request services for someone else or for a business, you should be authorized to make that inquiry. Entering into a project agreement requires the legal capacity and authority to do so.
Section 02
Website information and project inquiries
We share service descriptions, project photographs, reviews, and service-area information to help you learn about us. We provide this as general information, not a site-specific assessment, binding estimate, engineering opinion, or promise that a particular project is available, suitable, or approved.
Submitting a form, calling, or sending a message requests a conversation. It does not book work, reserve a date, create a contractor-client agreement, or guarantee a response time.
Section 03
Separate project agreements
Any work we undertake must be addressed through a separate agreed project scope and applicable written agreement. That agreement should establish the work, price, payment schedule, timing, changes, responsibilities, and any applicable warranty or cancellation provisions.
The project agreement and mandatory law control the actual construction or contracting relationship. These website terms do not replace required notices, statutory protections, permit requirements, or a signed project agreement. They do not create a project warranty or refund policy.
Section 04
Accuracy, photographs, and reviews
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information can be incomplete, change, or contain errors. Confirm current availability, service coverage, and project-specific details directly with us.
Project photos illustrate work in the archive; they are not a promise that every project will have the same result, cost, or timeline. An image on a service-area page does not establish that the pictured work occurred in that location. Reviews reflect the reviewers’ individual experiences, not a guarantee of future results. Third-party widgets may change their display or availability.
Section 05
Responsible use
Use the website lawfully and without interfering with other visitors or the systems that operate it.
- Do not submit fraudulent, threatening, unlawful, or malicious messages or impersonate another person.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security measures, introduce malware, or disrupt the site or its form provider.
- Do not use the inquiry form for unsolicited bulk advertising or submit information you are not authorized to share.
- Do not republish our photos, branding, or other protected content without permission or another lawful basis.
Section 06
Information you submit
Provide accurate contact details and only information you have the right to share. You retain any rights you hold in your submitted materials. By sending them to us, you permit us and the providers that help deliver the inquiry to process them for responding to and discussing the project, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Do not include passwords, financial account details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive information in the website form. An inquiry alone is not permission for us to publish your private message or project materials as a testimonial.
Section 07
Website content and ownership
We own our website content, branding, photographs, and other materials unless they belong to their respective rights holders. You may view our site and share its public links for personal, informational, and lawful referral purposes.
These terms do not transfer intellectual-property rights or authorize commercial reuse of protected material. Third-party names, logos, reviews, and embedded content remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms.
Section 08
Third-party links and embedded services
We use third-party services to deliver inquiry messages, display reviews and interactive content, and load fonts. We also link to external websites and social platforms. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
We do not control every third-party website, review, or service. Following an external link or using an embedded feature may send information to that provider. Review its terms and privacy policy before providing information or relying on its content.
Section 09
Availability and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general information are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. We may update, suspend, or remove website features. These statements concern the website, not any separate warranty or obligation for contracted work.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or changes obligations under a separate project agreement.
Section 10
Applicable law and changes
These website terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of Oregon and the United States, without displacing mandatory protections or legal rights that apply to you elsewhere. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
We may revise these terms as the website or business changes. The update date identifies the latest version. Changes to website terms do not retroactively change a separate signed project agreement. Any additional notice or consent required by applicable law will still be required.
Section 11
Questions about these terms
